For over 35 years, Ciesa Design has supported the East Lansing Art Festival with the production of promotional materials, most notably the posters. Through winning national awards, these posters helped grow the event’s national standing. The 2005 ELAF poster won a 2006 Regional Gold Addy and was featured in the 2006 November/December issue of PRINT Magazine!
In further support of the Festival, Ciesa Design developed an early version of the ELAF website and encouraged new program elements like the Emerging Artists Program.
Ciesa Design’s historic influence on the local art scene has given us a long-standing reputation as patrons of the arts. From founding festivals and galleries to fundraising and volunteering, the Ciesa Design team has been the artistic vein of our community for over 40 years.
The onset of this History Tour series is here to highlight where Ciesa Design has supported artistic endeavors in the past and to inspire long-standing and emerging groups to look to Ciesa Design for help with branding their ideas for the future
