The Potter Park Zoo website, launched in 2017 and refreshed in 2023, was redesigned because the Zoo needed to bring their website to modern visual, technical, and accessibility standards. Information and navigation was reorganized in a more accessible format, and the site is fully responsive in order allow Zoo visitors to quickly access information on their hand-held devices as they make their way through the park.
