Mary Brady: Looking Back, Cooking Forward Cookbook

We had the pleasure of working with Chef Mary Brady in developing a cookbook that would tell her story as one of the first female executive chefs in Detroit, along with Mary’s own personal and cherished family recipes that became favorites over the years, so much so that they made it onto her popular restaurant menus. Mary Brady: Looking Back Cooking Forward contains a rich collection of stories and also includes over 60 mouthwatering recipes, each showcased with a beautiful photo and written in her warm, inspired style.

This project was a labor of love, from the design of the book, the custom photography, the choosing of paper and binding, and the printing and fulfillment management. Our team has been rewarded with such an amazing piece that shows our attention to our craft and that’s not even counting all the wonderful foods we were able to sample!
